Our Process

Assessment

The process begins with our professionals conducting a thorough review of our client’s operations. During this review the daily activities of the targeted levels of the organization are observed and problems affecting performance are identified. Also identified is the amount of time that both management and associates are spending on non-value added duties such as administrative tasks and reactive problem solving.

A detailed analysis of the issues identified, a suggested project approach/scope and expected benefits, along with where the results will come from is then presented to management for review. Alignment of all parties is crucial at this point to ensure project success.

Engagement

During the engagement, our professionals begin working with the client’s team on developing and implementing the solutions identified during the Assessment.

Utilizing a dual-approach of both leadership skills training and automated tool development, our professionals work directly with the client’s leadership to begin improving performance and company health. Our professionals teach effective management skills and techniques for managing the leader’s areas of responsibility though a combination of on-the-floor training and classroom-style workshops.

Simultaneously, our tool developers begin laying the framework for integrating the client’s current systems to provide the data needed to effectively manage, while reducing administrative time. During the engagement, weekly update meetings are conducted to provide management with the current status of the project.

Follow-up

Prior to the end of the project, an agreement is reached with the client on conducting future maintenance and upgrades to the system. In addition to constant technical support, yearly “check-ups” can be conducted to ensure sustainability and provide updates as the client’s business changes.
